My good friend and unbelievably-talented fiddle, mandolin, and banjo guru, John Sommers, from Aspen spent a good part of two months working on a NEW “Heart Of The Rockies” CD. Band members & all-around great guys, Twirp Anderson, Cash Cashman & Randy Utterback are all awesome entertainers and musicians and you can check out their website for performance locations & dates. Songs on the new CD range from the 1961 hit, “Runaway”, the melodic “Ashokan Farewell”, beautiful original songs by Twirp Anderson, to John’s own enduring hit, “Thank God I’m A Country Boy”. Be sure to check out their music on the Americana Samples Page
